DESIGNS NON-DISCLOSURE POLICY

We are happy to have you as a customer, just like any other firm. We believe in providing superior service to our customers. We believe in healthy competition. As a result, our previous work serves as our portfolio, which is proudly displayed on the internet for selected consumers to view.

If the opposite party does not want us to expose their designs, we can remove it from the website on special notice; nevertheless, the customer must qualify to become a premium client.

A premium client has ordered products worth more than 6000 USD from us in three separate orders. Each can be worth $2,000, for a total of $6,000 USD.

CLOTHING MARKETING POLICY

Because we believe in mutual growth for both the client and the firm, we offer a variety of strategies to promote our clients’ businesses, resulting in more sales for the customer and allowing us to produce more items for them in return. We would refer customers to the customer by performing promotional activities for the client, with their Clothing Brand Name and other contact information made public.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Client records are confidential and will not be provided to any other party other than our agents, manufacturer/supplier(s), and, if required by law, the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to seek copies of any of their records that we store, as long as we are given sufficient notice.

Clients are asked to save copies of any literature distributed about our services. As part of an agreed contract, we will provide Clients with suitable written material, handouts, or copies of records as needed for the benefit of both parties. Any information gathered through “trails” (the tracks you leave as you navigate our site) is only evaluated internally and destroyed. Your trust is extremely valuable to us.

CANCELING AN ORDER

You have the option to cancel a purchase within two days of payment. Please keep in mind that ‘Alfil Enterprises’ creates custom-made products based on your order. If the garment you bought has passed the two-day cancellation period, it cannot be cancelled at any time, regardless of the type of the order or its stage

Please keep in mind that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been delivered to you or are in transit from ‘Alfil Enterprises’. This is due to the fact that all of our products are made to your specific measurements or requirements.

If the consumer does not respond to or approve any samples e-mailed or provided to him within a month, their order will be immediately cancelled.

DELAYS IN DELIVERY

It is your duty to ensure that all contact information, including the delivery address, is valid and that you or someone you have designated is accessible to accept and sign for the delivery of the products when they arrive at your location.

‘Alfil Enterprises’ accepts no responsibility for products that are not delivered or are not signed for as a result of an erroneous delivery address provided by you when placing your order. We are also not liable for delivery failure if the postal service or courier provider discovers that the address you gave is closed or unavailable at the time of delivery.

‘Alfil Enterprises’ will use reputable postal or courier services to deliver your goods.

REFUND POLICY

According to the ‘Alfil Enterprises’ quality standard, ‘Alfil Enterprises’ only sells highly quality-controlled goods to its consumers. We shall adhere to the specifications provided by the customer at the time of order. Any changes made during production will be communicated to and confirmed by the customer. Once an item has been placed or sent, we DO NOT accept returns or refunds on customised goods. So you can request images, a video conference, or anything else that would demonstrate that you followed the guidelines.

If the sample has not been approved for Bulk Production or dispatched, you can change the garment. We can also make adjustments after the order has been shipped, however you will be charged for the original shipment as well as the re-shipment.

FABRIC SPECIFICATION

Alfil Enterprises provides its customers with complete customization possibilities for any product they wish to have created. However, for smaller quantities, we purchase premade fabric from the market that matches the colour and fabric specifications as closely as feasible depending on market availability at the moment.

Fabrics with an odd blend of mixes can only be 100% accurate if knitted from scratch for a minimum number of at least 1000 pieces, for which we will not only provide them with their desired fabric but also a lab test record indicating the exact requirement.

COMMENCEMENT OF TURNAROUND

Please keep in mind that the turnaround time begins after you approve the order summary, which will be delivered to you within 24 hours of your payment. Customers must properly review the order summary because modifications cannot be made once it has been forwarded to the manufacturing department.

DELAYS IN PRODUCTION

The production of your custom-made Apparel is entirely dependent on the connection you maintain with Crytpo Apparel’s relationship manager. When we wait for client approval, our production time is paused, which increases the manufacturing time we provide to our customers.

Furthermore, due to fabric availability and other challenges, production may be delayed. The timeframe of 17 business days is merely a common approximate estimate supplied to all customers. Orders are usually completed in a timely manner. However, we will keep in touch with you during the production process and keep you updated on any delays.

DELAYS IN APPROVAL FOR SHIPMENT:

Please keep in mind that Alfil Enterprises can only hold products for 15 days once production is completed. After 15 days, the customer will be charged an extra USD50.00 per day for storage. If the customer does not contact us within one month, we shall not be liable for the items unless the customer agrees to pay additional storage fees.

Alfil Enterprises prides in delivering quality items to customers and hence requires approvals prior to dispatch. If the customer does not react to us within the specified time frame, Alfil Enterprises reserves the right to ship the items without their consent, and no liability will be accepted for any faulty products.

After two months, the order will automatically be canceled without a refund.
